HOW DO I ORDER A BESPOKE PIECE?
If you have a design in mind, simply fill out our form and our designer Sophie will be in touch to discuss your ideas. We can create any design, on any textile, so get in touch to tell us what you would like. We can create personalised baby-grows, matching adult and baby shoes, jackets and t-shirts.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HAND-PAINTED PIECES
Every pair of E&R shoes are heat sealed toward 30 degrees washing, however we would recommend sponge cleaning any dirt off the plimsoles if they get muddy
CAN I WEAR MY ELIZABETH & ROSE PIECES OUT IN THE RAIN?
Yes absolutely, each piece of hand-painted textile is heat sealed so it is okay to wear them in the rain, but we would recommend not going out in heavy rain wearing the plimsole shoes as they are made from light canvas so might not keep your feet dry!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A PAIR OF ELIZABETH & ROSE SHOES?
Lead time varies depending on the design, simple characters and imagery on plimsoles can take as little as 2 weeks from ordering, wedding shoes from confirming designs with your designer can take up to 4 weeks depending on the coverage of your chosen design.
